UNITED STATES RETURNS
OPTION 1
If you are located in the USA, we provide you the option to use our own label that will need to be dropped off at your local post office for $14.99 USD.
Simply enter your order number starting with ESTCO with the email you used when you made the purchase. Follow the prompts then print out the label and bring your return to the post office.

If you would like to use your own return label please lodge your return by emailing us at customercare@esther.com.au with your order number, the name of the item(s) you are returning, the reason for your return and then ship back to:

At this stage we are unfortunately unable to offer return labels for customers located outside of Australia, New Zealand & the United States.
1) Please send an email to customercare@esther.com.au with your order number, the name of the item(s) being returned and your reason for the return.

You can return full priced styles for Store Credit within 30 DAYS of receiving your order.
Esther Luxe
Due to the nature of bridal party shopping, we understand that plans can change. Garments labelled under our 'Esther Luxe’ collection are eligible to be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Info you should read
• We are unable to offer exchanges. If you're unsure of sizing and want to make sure you don't miss out, just order your correct size and our customer care team will sort out the size which didn't suit.
• If you select Refund in our returns portal and your return consists of Esther Luxe & non Esther Luxe items, a store credit will be issued for all non Esther Luxe items.
• You will be notified via email when your return makes it back to our HQ. From there you can expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days. It’s that easy!
• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.

Returns are able to be lodged for Cherrichella footwear. Please email us for their return address as we cannot accept Cherrichella returns at our warehouse.
